If bought after 1pm, your item/items will be dispatched the following day and then will be with you for the next working day.

1)We cannot allocate customers exact time slots with our next day delivery service. Deliveries can take place at any time between 8am-7pm. If delivery fails, our courier will attempt again the following day. If the delivery fails again, the items(s) will be stored at your local depot for 5 days before the items are returned back to us. If items are returned back to us, a 'collection' charge of £23 will be deducted from your full refund which is the amount that we are charged for a collection. *
If a delivery fails and a item(s) is returned back to us, you can get the items re-delivered for which there is a re-delivery charge. The 'collection' charge of £23 will still need to be paid.
2) If an item is returned back to us, we will minus our original delivery charge from the full refund. Please contact us directly before starting a return to get an accurate figure on the original delivery charge as prices do depend on the particular order. Although our listings offer 'free delivery' our delivery charges are build into the total cost of the item(s).
